Andre will illustrate with recently built projects what has been created with Glulam. Mass timber is advancing its way into non-traditional applications with new technologies that change how things are made. Some of the challenges with mass timber and best applications will be discussed. Learning about the manufacturing process will serve as a guide as to what can be achieved with this versatile mass timber product.

Andre has spent his career in the wood business starting on site as a carpenter to the Manager of Business Development at Western Archrib. He is passionate about building in wood and always has a project in progress in his home workshop (usually with some parts being glulam).
